2020 Pakistan Super League is all set to be played from 20th February till 22th March across different venues in Pakistan. This is the first time that the whole tournament will be played in the country. Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan and Karachi are the four selected venues where 34 matches will be played. Multan Sultans, Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars, Quetta Gladiators, Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi are set to compete in this year’s competition.
The preliminary stages of 2020 Pakistan Super League will be played in Pakistan across four venues- Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi and Multan. The Qualifier 1 game will be played at National Cricket Stadium in Karachi on 17th March. The other knockout matches and the grand finale will be played at Gaddafi Cricket Stadium in Lahore.
Due to appearance of many big stars like Shane Watson, Alex Hales, Colin Munro and Dale Steyn, the competition is expected to be a bigger success than the previous editions.
Defending Champions Quetta Gladiators will start as favorite to lift the coveted trophy this season. Islamabad United are the dark horses for this season and might surprise many with their performances this year.

11 wickets needed by Islamabad United pace bowler Faheem Ashraf to complete 50 wickets in the Pakistan Super League. He currently has taken 39 wickets in 24 matches at an average of 16.20.
